I recently visited Touch of Class Detail to inquire about window tinting and ceramic coating for my Tesla Model Y. I spoke with the owner, Juan, who impressed me with his extensive knowledge and professionalism. He provided excellent recommendations tailored to my vehicle’s needs, offered fair pricing, and never attempted to upsell unnecessary services or products.I decided to proceed with XPEL 30% window tinting for the front windows, clear coating on the back and rear windows, and two coats of ceramic coating to protect the paint. Juan completed the entire project in just one day, and the results were phenomenal—my car looked even better than when I picked it up brand-new from Tesla!When I returned to collect my car, Juan took the time to explain proper washing techniques to preserve the ceramic coating and ensure the car stays looking pristine for years to come. I wasn’t happy with the coating that was applied to my truck from Milton Chevrolet so I stopped in and talked to Juan. I was a bit nervous so I asked a lot of questions because my truck is new and a buffer in the wrong hands can cause a lot of damage. After talking with Juan he understood and answered my questions after which I felt very comfortable. Never be afraid to ask questions! You can choose from several options and I went with the 2 coats of ceramic coatings. Oh I also had the wheels coated as well. I picked the truck up the following day and it looked great! Juan explained using the Carpro Reset shampoo/ wash would protect the coating and extend its effectiveness. After the beading starts to lighten up he recommended using Carpro Reload 2.0 Silica + siloxane spray sealant again to extend the effectiveness of the ceramic coating. Let’s face it we live in Florida and the sun is extremely hard on paint so much so that you can see it daily on other folks cars/trucks. Cars/trucks are expensive and I’m going to protect my investment. I feel this is worth every penny to protect my truck from the extreme elements we have in Florida! I researched several places before choosing Touch of class and I believe I made the right choice. So stop on in and talk with Juan and his team about detailing protective coating’s and your tinting needs! So I’m writing this review a month after the service and it’s pretty amazing how many different folks have commented on how nice the truck looks! It’s rained quite a bit and the water just rolls right off. My first wash was quick because when it came to towel drying I used my electric blower and the water rolls right off saving me time! Oh no water💦 spots either!🤙

2023 Tahoe, Ceramic Tint, four windows and strip across the front windshield.Found Juan through a google search, since he was only 10 minutes away, I stopped by for a quote. He was very knowledge and didn't push anything. His prices are very competitive, and he was super close which is always a plus.Even better was the fact that I could wait while he tinted my vehicle. He finished under the quoted time and allowed me to do a walk through with him to inspect before paying.Moving forward a week, there were couple small issues with the tint. So I got back in contact him to discuss options and availability to bring the Tahoe back in to address the issues.Him and I discussed the causes and worked a different tactic. Fortunately the tactic worked, and all is well. I have had many windows tinted over the years, I have come to understand that sometimes things happen that is just not the installers fault. This case was one of those instances. Juan handled it like a pro and entertained any all questions that came up. I am very happy with his level of professionalism and work.

Took our F-150 to get the 4 windows plus back window tinted. With the Florida sun, I wish we would have done this a long time ago! They got me in promptly at my appointment time and I was out in about an hour. Cozy couch in waiting room was great. Juan was super professional and explained all my options thoroughly. In order to avoid rushing the quality of install, we highly encourage customers to drop off their vehicles. We understand that this is not always possible and have a waiting area for your convenience, if necessary.

Sun Stoppers Pace will accommodate your busy schedule while providing you with our professional window tint, detailing, ceramic coating, and paint protection film services. It takes two hours to tint all the sides and back glass on a standard four door car. Once the vehicle is complete, we call the customer and suggest they wait 30 minutes before picking it up. This is to ensure that the quality of work meets our shop standards.

Who is Juan, Owner of Sun Stoppers Pace?

 

Juan was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. In 1992, he moved to Central Florida and by 2007, he opened up his own detailing business. Wanting to always better himself, Juan decided to take training courses through 3M and became a certified dealer for a few years before ultimately choosing XPEL products.

Growing up around the service industry, Juan knew he wanted to focus on the quality of products and services he offered. Sun Stoppers Pace refrains from the typical body shop mentality. When your car shows up at the shop, it is our main focus. Juan strives to give his customers a quick turnaround time without sacrificing quality.

Juan loves seeing a vehicle completely transformed through hard work. The instant satisfaction on a customer’s face when they see the new look of their vehicle is the best part of his job.
