Had my tint done about 10 years ago at this place, and started to get some bubbling. Found my warranty paperwork, called Sun Stoppers, and made an early Saturday appointment a few weeks ago. Randy Clevenger was helpful, explained some of the tint they used 10 years ago had proven to be problematic, and he would replace it with new ceramic tint for no charge, as this was covered under warranty. The waiting area had comfortable furniture and Wi-Fi. He was done 15 minutes earlier than he estimated, put the new paperwork in my glove box, and even gave me a can of window cleaning spray. Highly recommend SunStoppers of S. Tryon, and especially Randy.

They are quick! Got there a little early for my appointment and took a seat, seems like 30 minutes later I was informed my car was complete. I had a 4 door car tinted and so far is looking good. I'm told that the film has to dry and adhere and the water will dry out. So after about a week everything should be perfect. The film looks good and I like the look of the tint on the car.

Took my wife's car there on 3/25 for an 8:30 appointment. After completing all the paperwork, I was expecting to be there for about an hour. Sunstoppers did another car of mine about two years ago and had no issues. after about 40 minutes, I was told the car was ready. Amazing service and the quality of work is second to none. When another Sun Stoppers location broke the wiring harness on my rear windshield, and refused to stand behind their work, Randy replaced the tinting at no charge. He stood behind the work of another location to make the customer satisfied. This type of integrity and customer service is rare! Mike and Randy are awesome. Brought my wife’s Fiesta in to have tint removed because it wouldn’t pass inspection and have new tint installed. Took them about and hour or so. They are definitely efficient and their quality is top notch. I’ve never had any other tint place clean up after themselves and wipe down all the spray they use. This is definitely the place to go to get your windows tinted. I will be a repeat customer myself.*UPDATE* August 2022: Finally decided to get my truck’s front doors done. Happened to be in the area so I stopped by. As I expected their quality is top notch. As long as I’m in the area, any window tinting needs I may have in the future will be completed by them.
