The team was courteous and professional. I was able to get on the schedule within a week and they took the time to do extra in order to get a quality finish. It delayed my scheduled pickup by 1/2 day but it was worth the wait. The car shines and you have to look real hard to see the paint protection. Would give these guys 6 STARS if possible. Had to change out my "brow" tint on front windshield to pass inspection. Justin was professional and said he could fit me in same day even though they were about to close. Their POS System was frozen and unable to process my cc. Stephanie the mngr said don't worry about payment. Got old brow replaced with new one, normally a $40 charge became ZERO $$. Justin was quick and did a great job. Tipped him $10 and was on my way in under 30mins. Will definitely come back, and recommend to family and friends. Really good to see a company still believe in true customer service .... 6******

Recently took our brand new Audi in for full front PPF and window tinting. It’s the most expensive vehicle we have ever owned and it’s a keeper so we wanted to get it professionally protected ASAP. We brought it home from the dealership much sooner than expected so we didn’t have an appt. I wouldn’t drive it until PPF was installed so it sat in the garage until I could find a shop. We called around and we’re told by most shops that they were booked weeks out. I called this shop and they were so accommodating. They got us in the next business day and even offered to give us a loaner vehicle. I was nervous at first dropping off a brand new car with 60 miles on it, but they eased my mind immediately. They had the vehicle for two days and it was ready to be picked up. I am super picky but was so impressed with the results. We are over the moon! We are customers for life! Seriously, best shop I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed!

I am not one to write reviews but when a job is done so well and you are taken care of like royalty, I had to comment about this great company. I bought a new car, nothing fancy but I liked the color. I of course wanted to tint it right away but I learned this company also does ceramic coating for your paint at a reasonable price. I couldn’t believe how different and shiny my car looks like. I never have to wax it, it always feels like something is going to slide off of it because it has that wax affect always on it. They even did my tires and headlights for free.I was amazed at the service, Justin, who took care of me, let me know the process and told me how to take care of the car. He explained how there is a 4 year warranty and in the paperwork he gave me, there are 4 dates where I take it in every 4 years and he does the ceramic again. I really liked the sticker reminded you not to open the windows since it was tinted. I kept that on for a week just because it looked cool. Even though my car was brand new, he cleaned the whole inside of the car and put matts on it so nothing gets dirty. As for the tint, he has 3 different kinds and demonstrated with a heat lamp what each tint will feel like. I got the best one that blocks out 98% of UV rays and you can definitely not feel the heat on your hand as opposed to the lowest tint. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice of selecting Sun Stoppers in Concord off of 29. Thank you very much guys

Who is Charles, Manager of Sun Stoppers Concord?

Sun Stoppers Concord’s top priority is exceptional customer service. We are a family oriented shop and treat everyone that comes through our door like family. Sun Stoppers Concord is continually looking for ways to grow and enhance the customer experience. We highly encourage everyone to take the time to fill out a Google review. Charles is well respected in the Sun Stoppers circle. He has trained numerous tinters from multiple shops over the years. In 2019, Charles participated at the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off in the Architectural Window Film category. With over 200 tinters competing, Charles took home 2^nd place!

Charles has been tinting since 1997, and 15 of those years were with Sun Stoppers. Jessica, his wife, started out in customer service. The demand for window tinting became so high Charles trained Jessica how to tint. Over the years, Charles took over paint protection film while Jessica runs the tinting. The two have the pleasure of working alongside their son, Cameron.
