Called in on tuesday for pricing, and walked in on saturday to get my side windows done. In and out in a little more than an hour, including waiting 1.5 vehicles to finish before my turn.They were able to give me custom pricing for my needs (only side windows no back glass) for a professional and quick install.Awesome experience, will def comeback for a windshield tint!

This was a great experience. We originally came in a week ago to get two front windows and the windshield tinted on our X3. When the work was done, the gentleman told us that he only finished the two windows because he was not satisfied with how the film went on the windshield. Unfortunately, that was the last piece of that tint. Without hesitation, he offered to give us a discount when we came back in and scheduled the rest of the work for the next week.When we arrived, we asked about a darker strip at the top to block the sun. He added that without any issue. He took the car in and had the work done quickly.We would highly recommend them to anyone (and have already sent our son down with his car) and plan to have tinting done for our jeep.

I previously had my windows tinted at the Rock Hill location and was extremely pleased. After well over a year, I messed up two windows myself and I had to remove the film on my front two windows. Remembering a returning customer, I was treated with the same excellent care and respect from the first time I entered this location. They will get the job done right and in no time while sharing smiles and conversation throughout. While Christmas may be in the air, I can assure you these guys are top notch year round. Looking to the few 1 stars, if you have had a "rude" encounter with these great guys, re-educate yourself on the fact that YOU've got to show respect to receive it, and I can only imagine that’s where you’ll find the culprit. There's a reason I will only use Sun Stoppers Rock Hill.

Both of the men were super nice. They work together like a well oiled machine. I was told that it would take about 45 minutes, but it only took about 35 minutes. They start right away and know what each one of them is going to do. They are super efficient. The shop is clean. The tint looks fabulous! If I ever need to have windows tinted again, I will most definitely return to Sun Stoppers.

Can’t say enough positive things about this location and my experience. I got my truck windows tinted last week and my girlfriends car done today. When I arrived, the garage door was rolled up and they welcomed me in. The team was professional, answered all of my questions (of which there were many), and did both vehicles quickly. They informed me of proper care and let me know to contact them at any time if there were any issues. You know what I can appreciate? Honesty and follow through. During my call, I was told $250 to tint my windows on my new Civic, any shade. I liked the price and went in to look at my options. I was again told $250 and offered an appointment the following day at 4pm. Awesome!The next day showed up at 3:55 and the bay door was already open waving me in. Both employees worked fast and well together. While I was there, the shop received a phone call in which the person was quoted $250 for their tint service as well. This built my trust as I felt the price was consistent and not based on the customer.I am recommending Sun Stoppers Rock Hill to my friends and know my wife will be making an appointment as well.

I was a walk in today around 2 pm. They had an appointment @ 3 maybe? I asked then if they can get me in, he said maybe, and asked his coworkers if they can finish in 45 min, they said yes and serviced me. They took me in! They have finished me with the premium UV tint. These Guys are genuine. And will recommend all my family and friends to them. Satisfied 100%.... thinking about bringing my truck to get ceramic coating.. army green taco looking nice with that 15% tint

I had my truck tinted today, Harley is a cool guy very professional and took great care with his work product. After completing the job he inspected every window and discovered a single hair or fiber under the tint, that honestly I probably won’t have even noticed it, but Harley wasn’t satisfied with it so he removed the tint and replaced it. It is refreshing to see people who take pride in their work like Harley did. I will definitely return to Sun Stoppers again with any future vehicles. Thanks Harley for doing a great job.

Greg is awesome - took my new car there, he did a phenomenal job, was super friendly and willing to discuss tint options (various tint percentages, different tint lines, etc). Would totally take any other cars there I need tinted in the future. I got the xpel xr plus - best ir blocking and out performs 3m overall. Did 20% and it looks perfect. Good neutral black color - no green or bronze color to it, no visual distortions, etc. he’s got a plotter so the cuts are mint (he can do custom stuff too by hand and I’d bet it’d look just as good as the potter). Well worth the slight added cost over the xr in my opinion.

I found this shop on Groupon while looking for a deal on window tinting. I got more than I have asked for.......... The owner, Greg and his co-worker Harley did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Sun Stoppers Rock Hill has been going strong for 5 years. Most of our customers call to schedule an appointment. For your convenience, we have one number for both Sun Stoppers Rock Hill and Lancaster locations. It takes 1 hour to tint all sides and back glass on a standard 4 door car. Due to the small space, we prefer drop offs but always welcome those that want to stay and watch. We have a waiting area available, if necessary.

Who is Greg, Manager of Sun Stoppers Rock Hill?

With his grandfather owning one of the largest shops in Central New York, Greg has been around the industry from a very young age. He started his professional career with BMW, tinting all of the vehicles right off the truck. After a few years of window tinting, his supervisor sent Greg to mechanic school to become more versatile. Despite a very successful 10 years with BMW, Greg decided he was ready for a change. He enjoyed window tinting and wanted to do it full time. Greg opened up two shops with Mike Burke, Sun Stoppers Rock Hill and Lancaster.

Greg’s passion has always been automobiles, and he enjoys working on all types. Window tint is one of the least expensive aesthetics you can do for your vehicle, but it will change the look of it completely. Greg never gets tired of seeing the smiles on his customers’ faces when they see the finished product. “Their excitement is contagious, and I get pumped knowing I made their day.”
