I was looking to block the solar heat (infrared light) coming through my west-facing house windows without losing most of light and their views I so appreciate and unwilling to darken or cover. After, perhaps too much time, researching products and local Tampa, FL installers, I found the Xpel brand, Clearview Plus 70 to hold the most promise and hired Caleb with Sun Stoppers about a month ago to make this happen and I couldn’t be happier with the service, from start to finish was remarkable, and the product, amazing! Wish I’d done this years ago -would’ve saved a lot on the electric bills. As photos show, it doesn’t look like there’s a film, yet its impact is significantly noticeable. The room temp during peak mid-day heat hours has dropped between 10 to 15°, allowing my thermostat to stay more consistent throughout the day. I’m so impressed, I’m looking to have Caleb complete more windows. So, if you’re looking for high quality window film and professional work provided with friendly -very courteous, and punctual service at a reasonable price, I strongly recommend considering Caleb with Sun Stoppers. Recently had my old bubbled, faded tint removed and replaced with ceramic tint all around. Promptly answered the phone when I initially called and answered all my questions. Recommend to me from a friend who was please with their service. They had me in & out quickly and were very friendly/courteous to me when I had an issue when coming to pick up the vehicle. Tint looks amazing and you can definitely feel the difference with the ceramic coating. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted in the Tampa Bay area 👍.

Welcome to Sun Stoppers in Tampa, Florida

When customers call or text to make an appointment, they do not need to decide right then and there what product they want. We have displays set up in the shop to provide a better understanding of what products we offer. Our heat lamp set up will even let you feel the difference between our ceramic films. We strive to educate our customers on all the different options available to them. We want to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the choices they make.

We highly encourage customers to drop their vehicles off, but we do have a comfortable waiting room available if necessary. It takes 3 hours to tint all the sides and back glass on a standard 4 door car. We have no problem taking the extra time to make sure everything meets our shop standards.

Who is Caleb, Owner of Sun Stoppers Tampa?

Quality and customer service are Caleb’s top priorities, and he ensures every job is completed to his high standards of excellence. From car window tinting to ceramic coating and paint protection film, Caleb ensures that every client drives out of the shop satisfied. Caleb has 4 years of certified experience from XPEL, but has been around the industry from a very young age. Growing up, he helped out around his dad’s mechanic shop. Caleb started out in detailing, but has quickly grown into the shop he owns today.

For Caleb, meeting new people and hearing their story makes the job a dream come true. He enjoys being active and likes having the freedom to move around, something that you can’t do when you’re stuck behind a desk all day. Caleb finds it extremely satisfying to put out a great product, make the customer happy, and know they’re going to go out and tell everyone about your company.
