At first, I was skeptical about the place, but this place is really professional, nice, great staff, and I love the atmosphere. I kept the car for about 6 days driving back and forth to work and only had one little issue. I call Mr. Ken and brought it in and they took care of it with no stress. I will definitely be back for their services again. The things that I had done were: tinted windows on all of the windows with 86% heat reduction and tinted headlights. The only thing I regret is not getting it a darker tint but we’re in Alabama so oh well lol.Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Ken came to my residence on Fort Benning, removed my botched PPF install, and applied the PPF to my Honda Odyssey in my garage. Excellent quality, no bubbles nor imperfections! Due to the shape & flat surface of the glass, there had been many complaints of it easily chipping and cracking so I called Paint Defender within 24 hours of taking delivery.They scheduled me the following day for application! I had ceramic tint placed on ALL windows in my G70 and telluride sx, fantastic job! There was one area that bubbled slightly on my G70 and they replaced the tint to perfection. I also had a ceramic coating over my paint, very professional.When a rock hit my front wind shield it was the ceramic window tinting that held the glass together so, it acted as a bonus safety measure.The tint works. I got a serious sun burn at the beach. While driving home I felt no pain from the direct sun light coming in through the windows. As soon as I opened the door and the sun hit me I felt like I was on fire.Strongly recommend this company and their premium tint!

I used Paint Defender for paint protection and paint correction on my new Mercedes that had some hard water spots and flaws from the dealer. They did an excellent job correcting the paint and an equally awesome job with the Xpel paint protection film on the front bumper. I don’t ever write reviews but I had to after my experiences at Paint Defender. I just bought my M4 a few weeks ago (still have temp tags as I write this) and wanted to get window tint and paint protection film, but of course I also have trust issues with my new car. After looking up Paint Defender reviews and photos I decided to start with window tint. I’ve had all my previous cars tinted and nobody has done a better job than Quincy at Paint Defender. When I went to pickup the car I spoke with Ken who explained PPF and ceramic coating in detail and even showed me some of the cars in the shop that has these products applied. These guys are straight shooters, not used car salesmen which is a huge plus in my book. I decided to go for the PPF and ceramic coating and I’m so glad I did because they did a perfect job and were lightning fast too. This is a great local business that does top tier work and knows how to treat customers. I even spoke with other customers while waiting and could tell if anything went wrong they had no issues bringing in their car because these guys are willing to do what’s right for the customer. I won’t go anywhere else in Montgomery for my car or future cars. Customer for life here and business well earned. Thank you!

I can't say enough great things about the team at Paint Defender! We are a new military family to the area. Our classic car was in a terrible state after sitting on an open trailer for more than a month, plus all of our car care supplies are weeks from arriving... I called the team and they were able to fit us right in and not only remove all of the tree sap and other grime from our white car, but were also super friendly and very professional throughout the entire process. Best of all, they applied a military discount on the service - I didn't even ask! To top it all off, the gentlemen handed me a microfiber towel as I was pulling away into the rain to take it home - as he remembered from our conversation that I didn't have anything to dry it off with when I got it home! I am a firm believer that great service is worth paying for - and the team at Paint Defender will receive all of our car care business as long as we are stationed in Montgomery!

I drove several hours to get my windows tinted. It was worth the ride. Staff was professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I drove the entire trip back home without turning on my air conditioner (87 degrees outside) because if the noticeable difference in temperature inside the car.
