1 year ago James PPF'd and Ceramic coated our 2022 Jeep Wrangler 392. Overall my wife and i were pleased with the work. There were a few spots and some triming that could have been done better and James said to bring it back in a couple of months so the wrap had a chance to set and he would fix any issues. We got busy and brought it back 11 months later. I never washed it in that time because the rain just washed all the dirt away due to the ceramic coating. James did a great job on that. I brought it to him today and all the issues with the PPF were corrected to my satisfaction and he cleaned it up and inspected the ceramic. Xpel products are top notch. It is very hard to find someone with a good busines doing PPF. I would definetly recommend James at Owensboro Auto Spa.

Not only did they beat out the other place I got a quote from but it was higher quality tint for a better price. With it being a new vehicle you have that fear of "I've never been here" "I don't know how good they are" well that fear is gone. I am a customer for life for sure. They took great care of my vehicle, the tint is amazing. They even put a easy removable non abrasive sticker on my window buttons to remind me not to use them for 3 to 5 days. I can't wait to see what they can do to my other vehicle as far as detailing.

They did great and offered a lot with a small package deal. Cleanest my car has been since I pulled off the lot a year ago. Great tint too. I questioned it because you could see streaks on the windows from outside but it hadn’t fully dried yet which is understandable. No complaints and you have a lifetime warranty with the tint for as long as you have the vehicle.

This is the second time I've used this business and have been satisfied both times.1st time I had driven my mother n laws SUV to Michigan in February and it got really muddy, dropped it off and it was ready by the end of the day. I had my car detailed last weekend. I have a toddler and 2 dogs that made quite the mess of the interior and a winters worth of dirt and salt on the exterior. It was spotless inside and out. The interior looked and smelled better than when I bought it new. On top doing a good job they were done in a few hours and charged a very reasonable price. Who is James, Owner of Sun Stoppers Owensboro?

James is Kentucky born and raised. He grew up in Brandenburg, but moved to Owensboro in 1996. James has been in the industry for over 12 years, starting out in his father’s mechanic shop. James served three years in the Army and then went to work in the factory. It was during this time that he realized how much he truly missed working with cars. James accepted a job at a local dealership and started working on projects for family and friends out of his home. Word of mouth got around quickly about James’ work and the volume of cars wanting work done was staggering. James knew that if he truly wanted to continue down this path, he would have to open up a shop. So, that’s exactly what he did.

Through hard work, James made his dream come true. He started out in his garage with two vacuums and a small pressure washer. Now, he runs a successful 9,000 square foot shop, year round, with 6 full time employees. When asked what he likes best about his job, James replied, “The interaction with a customer is the best part. Bringing a vehicle back to life after seeing it completely neglected is what I do best. The joy on that customer’s face after seeing their “new” vehicle is what it’s all about.”
